together, we will grow your ideas into projects
figtree project management
We deliver projects in the built environment by bringing together great people to help grow your ideas into built forms and realise the full potential of your business and maximise the value of your assets. Figtree Project Management grew out of a need to provide a tailored project management service to the property industry by, growing your ideas and adding value to your business, developing your passion to create, and nurturing your community initiatives to improve the lives of others.
Every project begins with an idea, but at the beginnings, the idea can be fragile. We understand that in order to achieve the best project outcomes, an idea needs to be nurtured, supported and guided, in order to grow and develop it into built forms. This is true for new concepts or tried and tested ventures, because when it comes to the built environment, every project is unique. The context, the timing and the social and political environments for every project will be different. By sharing your vision, we are able to help you navigate through the complexities of stakeholder engagement, statutory approvals, environmental concerns, social considerations, heritage impacts, and commercial scrutiny to keep your ideas alive and grow them into projects.
Our team have worked in government and at international property consultancies and we are able to apply the rigour, structure and systematic approach necessary to ensure projects are grounded on firm foundations, the same solid foundation that underpins an ancient tree such as the fig tree.
A fig tree is a symbol of strength, growth and longevity. The fig tree is often referred to as the tree that shaped human history, it was first mentioned in biblical transcripts and has survived to become the oldest cultivated fruit tree.
". . . no other plants have held such sway over human imagination. They feature in every major religions and have influenced kings and queens, scientists and soldiers. They played roles in human evolution and the dawn of civilisation. The fig tree have not only witnessed history; they have shaped it. If we play it right, they could even enrich our future."
