Figtree Project Management brings experience across a diverse range of projects, including education, residential, aged care and retirement living, universities, justice, commercial and industrial development. This breadth of experience allows our team to understand the different priorities of each project and provide clear direction from early planning and design through procurement, construction and handover. Our approach is centered on understanding the client's objectives, coordinating the project team and maintaining a strong focus on design, cost, programme and delivery. Whether working with a private client, institution or organisation, we provide the structure and oversight needed to guide the project from its early stages through to completion. The projects below represent a selection of Figtree Project Management's current work, together with projects previously delivered by members of our team.
